Why are your prices lower than traditional retail?
We run a lean direct-to-you model, so you’re not paying for extras you don’t need.
- Direct sourcing: We work with a trusted global network, cutting out middlemen.
- Online-first, low overheads: No pricey boutiques or sales commissions.
- Made-to-order / smart inventory: Less overstock = no padded markups.
- Fair, transparent margins: Priced on materials + craftsmanship, not “brand tax.”
- Occasional promos: Platform deals or bundles may reduce checkout totals further.
Quality isn’t compromised as our pieces use premium materials and workmanship.
How do I find my ring size?
See our Ring Size Guide
It includes a quick conversion tool, steps to measure an existing ring (inner diameter) or your finger (circumference), plus a complete size chart.
Are your diamonds/gemstones certified?
Yes.
Our engagement ring center stones come with an independent lab certificate (e.g., GIA/IGI, depending on the stone).
Smaller accent stones used in typically ready-to-wear pieces don’t include individual certificates because they’re too small to grade one-by-one.
Any item that includes a certificate will be stated clearly on the product description.
What’s the best way to reach out?
Use our Contact page,
It's the fastest way to reach us and we typically reply within a few business days.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Our natural diamonds are sourced from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process. We also offer lab-grown diamonds. Certified stones (e.g., GIA/IGI depending on the stone) are clearly stated on each product page.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
We aim for transparent supply chains and prioritise partners that follow fair labour and responsible mining standards.
How can I track my order status and delivery?
- Order Confirmation: Right after checkout, we email you a confirmation with a “View order” link.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier link.
- Your Account: If you created an account, go to My Orders → select your order to see tracking.
Notes:
- Tracking updates can take 24 hours after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Made-to-order/custom pieces show “Processing” until they’re crafted and shipped.
- Didn’t get our emails? Check spam/junk, then contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Your local customs may charge import duties and taxes. These aren’t included in our product prices and are collected by customs or the delivery carrier upon arrival. Rates and thresholds vary by each country.
Do you offer bespoke/made-to-order rings, and can I use my own stone?
- Timeline: Made-to-order pieces takes about 3 months from design confirmation and payment.
- Why made-to-order: Each ring is crafted to your chosen options (size, metal, width/finish, setting), so it’s produced upon order for the best fit and quality.
- Using your own stone: We can set customer-supplied stones. Because we don’t know the stone’s prior condition or integrity, all risk remains with the owner. We are not liable for damage, loss, or suitability during inspection, setting, or shipping. Insured shipping is strongly recommended, and we may decline stones that are unsuitable.
If you need a different timeline, contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure payment options, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Atome, PayNow
The exact options shown depend on your location and device, you’ll see all available methods at checkout. All payments are encrypted and we don’t store your card details. If you don’t see your preferred method, please reach out via our Contact page and we’ll help.

How often should I clean or check my ring?
Clean monthly if worn daily. Get a professional check/clean every 6–12 months to tighten prongs and refresh the finish.
Is it safe to wear my jewelry at the gym, beach, or in the pool?
We recommend taking your jewelry off for workouts, beach days, and swimming.
Why:
- Gym: Impact and friction from weights/equipment can scratch metal and loosen prongs. Sweat can dull the finish over time.
- Beach: Sand is abrasive; sunscreen leaves residue; cold water can shrink fingers and increase the risk of rings slipping off.
- Pools/Hot tubs: Chlorine can weaken gold alloys and prongs, and speeds up rhodium wear on white gold.
- Ocean: Saltwater accelerates corrosion and waves can dislodge rings.
If you must wear it:
- Choose sturdier designs (solid bands, bezel settings), avoid pavé/prong-heavy pieces.
- Rinse with fresh water after, pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Inspect stones regularly; if anything feels loose, stop wearing.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store pieces separately in soft pouches/boxes to prevent scratches. Keep dry, away from humidity and adding a silica gel pack helps.
Does white gold need replating?
White gold is typically rhodium-plated for brightness. Depending on wear, replating every ~12–24 months keeps it looking crisp.
What should I avoid?
Harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorine), cosmetics, lotions, hairspray, and hand sanitizers directly on jewelry.
